Dave hails from Canberra and has been a Mount Isan for 22 years.

Dave and his wife Marta have raised two sons in the City, and after working at Mount Isa Mines for 4 years Dave set up his own prominent engineering business.

Dave's community activities include a very successful 3 years at the Chamber of Commerce, taking it from a position of instability and economic deficiency to a strong and active organisation.

Dave has also served on both MITEZ and the North Queensland Area Consultative Commitee, and chairs both at this time.
